1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom-made products may require additional production time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship within:

  • The Netherlands
  • The European Union
  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 2–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to standard delivery.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes

are the responsibility of the Customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices.

 

6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos (if damaged)
  • Include your order number

We will investigate with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution.
