At Retro Tape XL, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at:

You then have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused
- Products must be in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product (or proof of return shipment), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs will be refunded for EU withdrawals (standard shipping only).
3. Custom & Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made products
- Products manufactured according to your specifications
- Personalized items
These items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- Include your order number
If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-EU Orders
For customers outside the European Union:
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled before shipment is booked with the carrier.
Custom orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
